Workflow Repository Menggunakan RDF

Abstract


Kuantitas workflow yang ada dalam perangkat lunak perusahaan besar seperti dalam Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tentu sangat banyak jumlah dan jenisnya. Workflow dibutuhkan untuk menjadi acuan aktivitas setiap tenant yang bergabung dalam BPMS. Kebutuhan workflow dari setiap tenant BPMS sangat beragam namun tidak jarang antara satu sama lain memiliki kemiripan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan penyimpanan workflow yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan untuk para tenant. Sebagian besar Workflow Management System (WfMS) yang tersedia memiliki penyimpanan yang belum teratur, sehingga hasil workflow discovery mempunyai precision, recall, accuracy yang rendah. Untuk menangani masalah tersebut, maka kami mengusulkan untuk membuat workflow repository dalam dua layer. Layer pertama meyimpan data workflow, layer yang kedua digunakan untuk menyimpan metadata workflow. Metadata repository dapat menampung data dari suatu data repository. Metadata yang dibangun disimpan dalam bentuk Resource Description Framework (RDF). Untuk membandingkan kedua layer repository tersebut maka dilakukan beberapa query menggunakan SQL dan SPARQL. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, query SPARQL dalam metadata repository mampu memberi hasil yang lebih baik daripada data repository yaitu hasil precision dari 35% menjadi 87,7%, hasil recall dari 35% menjadi 92,1%.
