TINJAUAN LITERATUR SECARA SISTEMATIS PADA SELF-SERVICE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Abstract
Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) sebuah pendekatan dalam penggunaan Business Intelligence (BI) oleh pengguna secara mandiri. SSBI menjanjikan manfaat lebih dibandingkan dengan sistem BI tradisional termasuk kemudahan penggunaan, tetapi banyak organisasi gagal dalam mengimplementasikan SSBI. Penelitian ini akan melakukan tinjauan literatur secara sistematis pada self-Service Business Intelligence. Tinjauan literatur ini akan dilaksanakan pada ACM, ScienceDirect, Scholar Google. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan beberapa hal penting dari mulai klasifikasi tahun , kelas jurnal dan konferensi yang banyak mempublikasikan SSBI, serta topik apa saja yang banyak diteliti terkait SSBI. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjadi panduan mendalam bagi penelitian dengan topik Self-Service Business Intelligence.References
