Kepedulian warga negara Indonesia terhadap kebudayaan yang ada di Indonesia sangat minim, hal itu disebabkan kurangnya pendidikan dasar yang didapat tentang seberapa pentingnya mengetahui dan mempelajari kebudayaan suku – suku lain di Indonesia. Metode perancangan sistem pada ini dilakukan dengan WhiteBox, BlackBox, dan StoryBoard. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi alat bantu ajar yang dapat membantu untuk mengetahui tentang beragam pakaian adat, senjata tradisional, rumah adat, dan tarian tradisional yang ada di Indonesia dengan menggunakan Visual Studio 2010 [2]. Dalam penggunaan aplikasi ini, penulis mengadakan uji coba langsung terhadap siswa/i pada Sekolah Dasar Perguruan Buddhi. Hasil yang didapatkan oleh penulis dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah alat bantu ajar yang dikembangkan dapat dapat menambah wawasan pengguna, mengembangkan pengetahuan budaya Indonesia pada anak sejak dini, dan mempermudah anak – anak mempelajari pengetahuan tentang pakaian adat, tarian tradisional, rumah adat, dan senjata tradisional di Indonesia
