Pengukuran Kualitas Website E-learning Pada Perguruan Tinggi Di Kalimantan Utara Dengan Webqual 4.0

Pandemi COVID-19 sangat berdampak dalam pelaksanaan proses pendidikan di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali pada provinsi termuda di Indonesia yaitu Kalimantan Utara. Adanya COVID-19 membuat institusi pendidikan di Kalimantan Utara harus mampu menyesuaikan berbagai transformasi digital di bidang pendidikan, salah satunya adalah melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran secara daring (E-learning). Maraknya penggunaan website E-learning saat ini harus didukung dengan adanya berbagai proses evaluasi, diantaranya evaluasi terhadap kualitas dari media pembelajaran tersebut. Hal ini penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas E-learning dan untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dari penggunaan media E-learning tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas dari E-learning di Era New Normal pada perguruan tinggi di Kalimantan Utara. Pendekatan Webqual 4.0 digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas dari media E-learning tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga dimensi dalam Webqual 4.0, meliputi Information, Usability dan Service Interaction Quality. Hasilnya dari 17 pernyataan yang mewakili tiga dimensi Webqual 4.0 tersebut didapatkan nilai akhir Webqual Index sebesar 0,80 yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas E-learning saat ini berada dalam kategori sangat baik.References
